I just wanted to write and thank you for the superb job you made of my mother's shower room.
It was very stressful being in another country and being told that your 80 year old mother with Alzheimer's has a leaking shower which has caused a collapse of the ceiling below! You immediately went to assess the problem and left us feeling totally confident and happy that you would rectify the problem for us with the minimum of fuss and hassle.
I understand that you and your colleague worked into Saturday evening to get the job finished which was really appreciated. My mother is delighted and I was delighted when I arrived on the way home from the airport to clean my mother's flat to find that you had done that too - an excellent job!
